E. Tunney Maher Jr. Way
There was a special dedication, renaming part of Southside Avenue as "E. Tunney Maher Jr. Way" on Sunday, September 4, 2011. The ceremony was held in front of the Southside Club on Southside Avenue. Hastings Mayor Peter Swiderski said "For those who had the pleasure or learning, working or laughing with Tunney, this is a fine moment to gather and enjoy each other’s memories of this dedicated, decent man."
